HERE FOR THE PARTY PROM AND BRIDAL EXPO

SUNDAY FEBRUARY 27, 2011 - NOON TO 4P.M. - PANAMA CITY MALL

Details and Descriptions

The Theme:   This show will celebrate our local heritage and military service to help local brides plan the perfect country and military wedding.

With Prom Season just around the corner, this is also an excellent opportunity to showcase the latest in Prom Fashions and Accessories.

Expansion:    The mall has plenty of room to grow so we are expanding the Bridal Show to include other Special Events (in this case, Prom). Our goal is to reach out to those who would otherwise not attend a Bridal Show… but can still use your services. 

Vendors:    If you have a prom, wedding or special event facility, product, or service you are welcome to participate. Please pass this information along to your friends in the business.

Vendor spaces will include an 8’ banquet table and table cloth. You are welcome to use additional displays, easels, stands, etc… space permitting.

A single space is $195,  A double space is $250. (See below to save $50).

Sharing tables or display of non-participating vendors is not allowed.

Lead Lists:    Copies of guest registrations will be available for an additional $25 per set. 

Tour Cards:    Registered attendees will be given a Tour Card to ensure that everyone will come face-to-face with you at least once during the show.

 This will include participating stores within the mall that may not have the staff to man a booth in the show.

 Door Prizes:     Prizes have always been a nice part of the show… and very popular with the attendees!! Providing a prize also gives you extra mention during the show as we award them.

We would like to feature separate door prizes for brides and prom guests... please indicate for which your prize is intended.

 If you are going to provide a prize, please provide us with a “certificate” to be awarded on the stage. The winner will then take it to you for redemption so you can meet them in person.

 Fashion Shows and Demonstrations:

We would like to have a full schedule of fashion shows and demonstrations, including Prom and Bridal Fashions, but we need your help. You are encouraged to participate if you have a suitable product or service.

This could include, but is not limited to, any of the following:

Prom and Bridal Fashions  -  Men’s Formalwear

Ballroom Dancing  -  Ice Sculpting

Martial Arts / Self Defense

We will gladly emcee and provide music for any of these special presentations but you will be required to provide and coordinate everything else… models, makeup, hairstylists, props, etc.

Payments must be received at least 7 days prior to the show to be guaranteed your space and inclusion on the tour cards.

Advertising:       

Panama City Radio Group will provide radio ads, on-air discussions, and website displays. This show will be primarily featured on Hank FM and Bob FM to reach our local brides.

 Panama City Mall will post signs within the mall and on the marquee.

 Pro Sound will invite all current clients and inquiries… as well as brides within the Perfect Wedding Guide’s leads and registrations.

 ** We encourage all participants to do the same. A show flyer will be emailed to you soon. Please post in your place of business as well.

The radio staff would like to have something exciting to talk about such as the fashion shows and your demonstrations. 

Additional Bridal Show:    Join us for our Barefoot Brides Beach Bridal Show scheduled for Sunday, April 10th, 2011 from 12-4pm at Pier Park. This is an outdoor bridal show featuring everything brides need to plan the perfect beach wedding. You should receive a separate invitation for this show. Save $50 by participating in both shows!!   Total rate for both shows $340.
